BeforeFor years, I had very disorganized and bad eating habits.
I never paid attention to my protein intake and did not follow a balanced diet. I was restricted to gluten-free products, but I still ate a lot of gluten carbohydrates.
My diet mainly consisted of carbs, sugar, and dairy, so it lacked any nutritious ingredients or fiber.
This caused me to have severe bloating, stomach pain, and constipation, as well as low energy and mental fogginess.
Despite these symptoms, I never connected them to my poor eating habits until I joined the WILDFIT program.
