It also signals your body to conserve energy and store fat, making long-term results even harder to achieve.

Misleading labels on “healthy” food products can easily lead you to believe you’re making the right choices — when in reality, many of these products are designed to keep you coming back for more.
Their version of “healthy” often triggers cravings and encourages overconsumption, while having very little to do with your long-term health.

I’m Rana Ajmi –
Certified WILDFIT® Coach, mom of 2, and your fiercest advocate on this journey to ultimate food freedom and improved health.
My daughter struggled with her weight since she was a young child, and it was heartbreaking to watch her suffer. By the time she was 12 years old, she was diagnosed with insulin resistance and pre-diabetes, a cruel disease that caused her to gain excessive weight and led to constant sweating and dark spots on her skin. For years, we searched tirelessly for a solution to help her. Finally, as she prepared for university, I discovered the WILDFIT® Program.
Before the end of the Program, WILDFIT® helped my daughter manage her health condition easily and with no side effects. Her results were life-changing. They inspired me to become a certified WILDFIT® Coach so I could go out into the world and share this remarkable health experience with others.
