    Before

    For years, I had very disorganized and bad eating habits.

     

    I never paid attention to my protein intake and did not follow a balanced diet. I was restricted to gluten-free products, but I still ate a lot of gluten carbohydrates.

     

    My diet mainly consisted of carbs, sugar, and dairy, so it lacked any nutritious ingredients or fiber.

     

    This caused me to have severe bloating, stomach pain, and constipation, as well as low energy and mental fogginess.

    For so many years, I had been ignorant about proper nutrition and exercise. As an athlete, I was struggling to get enough variety in my diet, and I was overwhelmed by the conflicting nutrition and fitness advice I was receiving.
