  • I would never (never!) encourage anyone to not exercise. However, most people think exercise is the greatest key to changing their body, but it actually isn’t.

    It’s almost always about the food you’re eating. We’ll focus exclusively on nutritional choices and food mindset. Exercise is a bonus.

Overview of what the 13-week process looks like.

The ultimate food freedom comes from understanding your body, the food you eat, and how the two are connected. This common sense approach blended with behavior change dynamics creates the powerful, long-lasting, and life-changing habits everyone needs to reach their physical, mental, and emotional health goals.

1 Week 1 & 2: Foundations & Emotional Eating

We start at the beginning, shifting your food mindset and eating behaviors. If you’re an emotional eater, yo-yo dieter, or sugarholic, you’ll gain huge insights here. You’ll learn why you crave certain foods and hate others.

3 Week 4 & 5: Learning to LOVE The Good Stuff

During these two weeks, you’ll train your body to love eating only whole, unprocessed foods. WILDFIT® is not about shocking your system, which is why every enhancement is gently layered on top of the other. This means you’ll be prepared and ready for each change. This is also when most participants notice that their mood and energy are so significantly improved that they don’t need to rely on caffeine or alcohol like they once did.

5 Week 11: Ease Out of Spring

4 Week 6 & 10: Spring

    It’s important to highlight that my coaching programs offer lifetime access to valuable resources and materials. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please don’t hesitate to inform me so we can work together to find a solution. In the event that you choose to discontinue the program for any reason, including personal circumstances or scheduling conflicts, please note that coaching services and video programs are non-refundable, and payment plans must continue as scheduled.
    I understand that life can be unpredictable, and your needs may change. Therefore, you have the option to suspend the program at any time and restart it at your convenience. You are welcome to join an upcoming coaching program when it becomes available within a period of 12 months.
    I appreciate your understanding of my non-refundable policy. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this policy or your coaching program, please do not hesitate to contact me.

  • I highly recommend you first consult your doctor regarding any food allergies you may think you have. If you indeed have any confirmed allergies to any of the foods recommended in the WILDFIT® program, please avoid them.
    With that said, the WILDFIT® program is not a hyper-restrictive diet where you’ll be limited to a restrictive range of foods. So, you will likely have other alternatives to choose from.
    Interestingly, because of the way WILDFIT® is structured, some people discover they have attributed the wrong type of food to their allergies and chronic inflammation. While I cannot guarantee this will be the case for you, WILDFIT® will certainly help you gather plenty of insights and data on how certain foods can impact your unique body composition.
    Please let me know if you have any allergies prior to starting your journey.

  • WILDFIT is not a medical program and should not be taken as medical advice.
    While clients have reported normalized blood sugar, eliminated allergies, healthy weight loss, and a dramatic reduction of various symptoms, these are simply side effects of living a better lifestyle.
    While many clients have eliminated various symptoms and ailments — and reduced their dependency on medication — we suggest that before making any major changes to your health-care plans (including medication dosage) you should consult your medical practitioner.

  • Don’t change a thing until the program begins. You may be tempted to start making changes or improving your habits, but the WILDFIT® program works best when you simply arrive as you are, not on best behavior. Programs that simply ask you to give up things you still want are doomed to failure; WILDFIT® will help you permanently change the way you view your diet and the decisions you make in the future. For now, keep eating normally and don’t change a thing.

  • Yes, you can definitely still do WILDFIT® and experience the various health benefits that come with it. But just keep in mind that the WILDFIT® approach will recommend certain animal-based foods at certain parts of the program, which you can substitute with other plant-based foods that align with your dietary choices.
    Please let me know if you are a vegetarian or vegan prior to starting your journey.
